International Inc. Is a leading international consulting firm based in
Washington, D.C. with significant experience implementing USAID programs
in East Africa and with decades of experience collaborating with
host-country counterparts around the world to improve the availability
of health commodities and manage complex developing country supply Chain
Program this five years project aims to meet health commodity technical
assistance needs across all essential health commodities (for malaria,
HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, family planning, and maternal, newborn, and
child health, etc.) by providing strategic technical assistance. We are
looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in
the lives of people around the world. All candidates must possess a
graduate degree in a relevant field and English fluency is required,
Swahili is preferred. Experience in Tanzania is highly preferred.
Job Title: Chief of Party
• Advanced degree in public health, business or public administration, international relations, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience leading supply chain management programs or other relevant experience; experience working with the private and public sector preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing and leading development projects overseas; experience working with U.S government preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a development setting.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with host-country officials, donors, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical management and USAID and PEPFAE reporting processes.

Job Title: Deputy Chief of Party
• Advanced degree in public health, supply chain, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of international experience managing development projects overseas; experience working with a bilateral donor, multilateral donor, or NGO preferred.
• Technical expertise in health system strengthening, pharmaceutical management, supply chain management, and/or other relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a development setting.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with Tanzania government officials at the national, provincial, and district levels.
